The hotel was superbly located, close to Minute Maid Park and offered exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and modern with a delightful view. However, the dining options were not to my taste, and the facilities were somewhat lacking.
The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the center of downtown and close to Minute Maid Park. Everything about the hotel was nice, albeit the presence of homeless in the area. The service was inexperienced in customer service at times, but other amenities like room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and valet parking were available. The dining experience, at least for my taste, was satisfactory with hand-cut steaks. Overall, a great stay but with minor drawbacks.
The hotel is situated in a high-end metropolitan area and offers exceptional services, making it a perfect place to stay. The rooms provide an exquisite view, but some improvements are needed. The hotel's location is impeccable, close to Minute Maid Park, and the dining experience is top-notch. However, more attention to customer service training is required.
